1. Choose your shoot: Book the photoshoot you would like to have below.
‍2. Initial contact: I will get in touch with you within 48 hours to confirm your booking.
‍3. Introductory call: We will schedule an online or phone call to discuss your preferences, style, and expectations.
‍4. Preparation: Upon booking confirmation, you will receive:Tips & tricks to help the shoot run smoothly. A short questionnaire so I can get to know you better.
I am always available to answer any questions you may have.
‍5. Preparation for shoot day: To make sure your photoshoot goes as smoothly as possible, I’ll provide guidance on styling and wardrobe choices so you look and feel your best. You’ll receive all the essential location details and parking information ahead of time, so there are no surprises on the day. The day before the shoot, we’ll check the weather together. If it’s raining, we’ll reschedule to ensure perfect conditions, but if it’s cloudy, the shoot will go ahead as planned.
‍6. The photoshoot: The big day has arrived! I understand it can be nerve-wracking to be in front of the camera, but my goal is to make you feel at ease. Just being yourself is enough!
‍7. First selection: You will receive the photos within a week and select your favorites from the package. Any additional photos will be invoiced separately.
‍8. Professional editing: After your selection, I will professionally edit the photos to ensure each image is perfect.
‍9. Delivery of final images: You will receive the edited images digitally, in high resolution, ready to use, and easily downloadable online.
10. More pictures: If you would like to receive more pictures than included in your chosen package, please see the section 'Ordering Extra Pictures.'

Base payment
After accepting the quote, the (base) package you chose, it  must be paid before the shoot, with 14 days to complete the payment. The shoot will only proceed once payment has been received.

‍Additional photos
If you want more photos, these will be invoiced after your selection, so you only pay for what you actually choose. If you paid the second invoice, you will recieve the extra pictures.

You can choose your extra photos in two ways:

1. After selecting your base package photos: For example, if your package includes 20 edited photos, you can first select those 20 and I will edit them.If you later decide you want additional edited photos, I can send them to you with an additional invoice. Once the invoice is paid, you will receive the extra photos.

2. Requesting extra photos upfront: If you already know before I start editing the base package that you want more photos, please let me know in advance. I will then send you an invoice for the additional photos. Once the payment is received, I will edit both the base package photos and the extra photos together.

Costs
Each extra photo costs €5 extra p.p.
5 extra photos → €22,50
10 extra photos → €45
20 extra photos → €90
50 extra photos → €225
All pictures  → €5 × total extra pictures - 10–15%.
This way, you only pay for what you want and the process remains smooth and transparent.

I work in and around Heerhugowaard, Alkmaar, Schoorl, Bergen, and Amsterdam city center. Travel costs are charged at €0.35 per kilometer or at the actual public transport cost, depending on your preference.

When booking an outdoor shoot, sunshine can’t be guaranteed. However, if rain is forecast, we’ll reschedule the shoot to another date by mutual agreement.

Payment: The invoice for your photoshoot must be paid
before the shoot.

‍Free cancellation: Cancellations up to 72 hours (3 days) before the shoot are free of charge.

‍Short-notice cancellations: 24–48 hours before the shoot, 50% of the agreed price is charged.

‍On the day of the shoot: The full price is charged, as your session time is reserved and preparation has been made.

‍No-shows: If a client does not show up without notice, the full price will be charged.

‍Weather (Outdoor shoots): If bad weather occurs (rain, storm), a new date can often be scheduled free of charge.

Exceptional circumstances: In certain situations, instead of charging the full amount for last-minute cancellations, a voucher or credit for a future date may be offered. Think about: serious illness, family emergencies, bereavement, travel disruptions (e.g., flight cancellations), other unavoidable circumstances. This ensures the process remains fair and customer-friendly.

By booking the shoot, you automatically agree to the use of the photos on social media and/or my website. If you prefer not to, please let me know when booking the shoot.

If you’d like to give a photoshoot as a gift, please let me know when you book. You can include a personal message in the booking form to make it a dream shoot for the recipient. I will send you a gift card that you can either print or send directly to the person receiving the shoot.
