As trainers currently rely on external platforms, I explored what a dedicated platform could look like as a trainer and UX designer during my graduation project. This resulted in a platform as a starting point for a potential next step.

At NU.nl, the largest news platform in the Netherlands, I improved the web and mobile user experience through user-centered research. I led a research-driven project for the Puzzles & Games section (100,000 daily players), turning insights into actionable concepts with developers and stakeholders.

Indonesian NGO website

During a short internship in Indonesia, I independently redesigned an NGO’s website with an English-speaking team, completing it in two weeks using a CMS and gaining valuable cross-cultural experience.
